Her extensive career includes recognition of 2 Golden Effies and a Cannes Silver Lion, two of the most sought-after industry awards for outstanding creative and media excellence. These accolades underscore her unparalleled expertise in creating strategies that drive measurable success.

Never one to rest on past successes, Ingrid is committed to continual growth and innovation. She recently attended Stanford Graduate School of Business’ prestigious Latino Entrepreneurship Leadership Initiative Program, where she was awarded a full scholarship to refine her leadership and business acumen.

As the CEO of CreADtura, Ingrid oversees every aspect of the agency’s client business—from developing cutting-edge brand and creative strategies to executing meticulous media planning and buying. Her leadership has delivered exceptional results for global brands including Toyota Motors, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Verizon Wireless, Wells Fargo, and luxury brands such as LVMH. Ingrid has successfully managed budgets exceeding $500 million, consistently driving significant revenue growth and market expansion.

Prior to founding CreADtura, Ingrid served as Managing Partner and Multicultural Director at Mindshare/WPP in New York, where she led the multicultural division for some of the world’s most renowned brands, including Sprint, Boost Mobile, American Express, Kimberly Clark, CVS, and BP/Castrol Oil, among many others. Her leadership has positioned her as a strategic growth driver, leveraging her expertise in multicultural marketing and integrated strategies to deliver tangible results.
